Electromagnetic Fields

If we sleep in the presence of electromagnetic fields it has the effect of reducing the production of the hormone Melatonin at night.  This important hormone controls our sleep patterns along with the bodies immune system response to fighting cancer cells.  By measuring the amount of EMF’s we can locate elevated fields and make recommendations on how to reduce exposure levels.  Paul Battle is a trained EMF technician and a member of the National Electromagnetic Field Testers Association.

In homes the main types of fields were are exposed to include AC Magnetic Fields from appliances and household wiring, AC Electric Fields from house wiring, and Radio Frequency from cell phone towers or WiFi systems.  WiFi in homes is a new threat as most homes now have this installed.  Limiting your exposure in the day and in particular sleeping field free will make a big difference to health and your sleeping patterns.
